Objective

Consumers today find grocery shopping inconvenient as they struggle to access high-quality, sustainable dairy products and deal with inefficient delivery services. Dairy Drop addresses these challenges by offering a reliable and eco-friendly delivery service that focuses on quality, environmental responsibility, and convenience for both consumers and businesses.

Research

Comparative Matrix

The competitor research analyzed four subscription services—Activia, Straus Family Creamery, Doorstep Dairy, and Summit Station Dairy. This helped us identify key strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to make Dairy Drop stand out. A well-designed, user-friendly app with customizable subscriptions, order tracking, and reliable delivery service can set Dairy Drop apart and strengthen its market presence.

Our research includes primary and secondary methods, such as brand archetypes, user stories, and empathy mapping. It focuses on understanding customer needs in the subscription-based dairy market. The findings emphasize the need for a well-designed, reliable platform that enhances convenience, helping Dairy Drop stand out.

After finalizing the wireframes, I created a Figma prototype to visualize the user flow. It follows Dairy Drop's brand guidelines, using their primary colors, and features a minimalist, clean design that reflects the simplicity and freshness of their products.
